Those 10-minute interval micromanaging calls is not helpful at all. If it doesn't look complete, it's cuz I'm still working and iterating on it. Please. People. Calm down.
I'm going to say it, the bigger the team, the bigger the tasks look. The more the ranks, the more complicated the tasks look.
